Matt Legrand is a New York-based product design leader and builder. He is the Head of Design at Augment Code, leading design for AI-native developer tools used by engineers at Fortune 100s daily.

Previously, he was a Staff Product Designer at Replit, and served as Head of Design at Bubble, scaling products from zero to millions of users. He co-founded Common Sensing, a smart hardware platform for diabetes care that was acquired by Bigfoot Biomedical, where he invented a patented medical device and led FDA-approved product design.

Matt has worked across startups from stealth to acquisition, and spent time at IDEO early in his career. He builds and launches products including draw.cafe and 0-1.sh, and wrote and directed Solutionism, a documentary exploring design thinking and social innovation.
